Once we touch down in Nadi, Fiji on July 4th, the real fun begins! We’ll transfer to the Coral Coast for our accommodations at the Outrigger Resort. 

Oceanview and Resort Room Accommodations will be assigned on a first-reserved basis 🌴

📌 Deposit Policy

An initial deposit of $500 per person is required to reserve your space. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event that the organizer cancels the entire trip or in the case of extraordinary global events ("Acts of God"). Deposits are able to be transferred to another guest on a case-by-case basis and no sooner than 60 days prior to travel. 

📌 Payment Terms

Final payment is due no later than 30 days prior to departure. A $50 late fee per person will be applied if payments are not completed by the final payment date. If payment is not received within 30 days of travel, it will be assumed you have canceled, and all payments will be forfeited. Your reservation may be released or resold to mitigate loss.

📌 Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you cancel within 45 days of travel, all payments made toward the trip are forfeited. If you or a member of your party must cancel, you must notify the travel agent immediately via email or phone, providing the name and booking ID or ticket number. Cancellation fees may apply based on the timing and are subject to the travel supplier’s and airline’s policies. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the travel supplier's or airline's refund policy. No reservation transfers are allowed unless it is an adjustment from triple to double occupancy, or double to Single Occupancy rate due to a roommate cancellation.  
If you fail to show up for your flight or check-in without prior notice, no refunds will be issued. Airline no-show policies and penalties apply for missed flights and denied boardings.    

📌 Resort & Supplier Changes

If the originally selected resort becomes unavailable, the organizer reserves the right to relocate the group to a comparable property offering similar rating and included amenities.  Should the organizer be unable to relocate to a comparable property, guests will be given the option to cancel with no penalty or additional charges

📌 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government orders, or other force majeure events. In such cases, cancellation and refund policies may be adjusted depending on the specific situation.  

📌 Legal Disclaimer

Disputes arising from cancellations or refunds shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If necessary, any legal proceedings shall adhere to the jurisdiction’s applicable laws. This booking policy is part of the overall Terms and Conditions provided.

Please make sure your flights are booked to arrive in Fiji on Saturday, July 4, 2026. Remember that Fiji is across the International Date Line — so if you’re departing from the U.S., you’ll need to leave Los Angeles on the evening of Thursday, July 2, 2026.

We’ll also be hosting an optional meet & greet at LAX during our long layover before boarding the Fiji Airways nonstop flight from LAX at 10:55 p.m. on July 2. This flight will land in Nadi, Fiji, on the morning of July 4 (local time).

Arrive at Nadi International Airport (NAN) at 5:45 AM in Nadi, on July 4th!! Yes, we will lose 2 calendar days from the time we depart.  We will transfer to our resort on the Coral Coast and enjoy the day relaxing at our home for the next 7 days! 

- **Afternoon**: Settle in, unwind by the pool, and soak up the tropical vibes

- **Evening**: Explore local markets or take a sunset stroll along the beach

Enjoy the amenities at our resort, A luxurious beachfront escape with excellent amenities and things to do on the resort.  

We will enjoy an array of included, and optional activities to celebrate Fiji Week!  

Tentative activities include: 

DISCOVER NADI - We will visit the Sri Siva Subramaniya Temple, experience natural therapeutic relaxation, and end the evening with a Fijian feast at the resort, or in town

ISLAND EXCURSION - We'll take a boat to Mamanuca Islands to enjoy the beaches, snorkeling, and bask in the sun

CULTURAL IMMERSION - We'll visit a traditional Fiji Cultural Village, Wander through the Garden of the Sleeping Giant, and attend a traditional Fijian Dance Performance

Spend your last morning seeing the sunrise, having breakfast in bed, or enjoy a last dip in the ocean. We'll have an afternoon departure back to Nadi International Airport, for our 9PM flight back to LAX, and onward to your final destination
